Adult-only service

Aroundify is intended only for adults who are 18 years old or older. People under 18 may not create an account or use Aroundify. If Aroundify learns that an account belongs to a minor, we may restrict or remove the account and related content.

CSAE and CSAM are prohibited

Aroundify does not allow child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, sexualized content involving minors, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexual solicitation of minors, attempts to obtain sexual content from minors, or links, instructions, coded language, or off-platform coordination related to those activities.

Users may not upload, request, share, promote, threaten to share, or otherwise facilitate CSAE or CSAM through Aroundify profiles, pulses, stories, events, comments, messages, business listings, reports, or any other feature.

Reporting and blocking

Aroundify provides in-app reporting and blocking tools for profiles, chats, businesses, events, comments, and other safety concerns where those controls are available. Users can select the dedicated Child safety / CSAE report reason. Users can also contact the Child Safety Contact at child-safety@aroundify.app.

When reporting, include the account, profile, chat, business, event, or content details that help Aroundify locate and review the issue. Reports are text-only: do not upload, attach, paste, email, or otherwise send CSAM or other illegal imagery to Aroundify.

Moderation and enforcement

When Aroundify obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or credible CSAE risk, we take action consistent with these standards and applicable law. This may include removing content, preserving relevant records, restricting features, suspending or terminating accounts, blocking access, and taking other safety actions.

Where required or appropriate under applicable law, Aroundify may report suspected or confirmed CSAM, CSAE, grooming, or other child safety threats to competent authorities, child protection organizations, platform providers, or law enforcement.

Legal compliance

Aroundify is committed to complying with applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain policies and operational processes intended to prevent, detect, review, remove, and address CSAE and CSAM risks within the Aroundify app and related services.
